Quilting Bee
Bring a sewing machine with a walking foot, if possible. There’s also handwork, cutting and pressing to be done. Bring your basic sewing kit, favorite scissors, etc. All fabric and other supplies will be provided.
We are back at Palmas Del Sol for our Fall Kickoff Bee! If this is your first visit, you’re in for a treat. This group makes the most delicious soups and lunch will be $5 for a variety of soups, bread/crackers and an ice cream sundae bar. Our gracious hosts will also provide coffee, tea, water and pastries in the morning at no charge.
You may want to bring a few extra dollars to purchase tickets for a 50/50 raffle, fantastic fat quarters for only 50 cents, or super savings on several skeins of yarn. We’ll have plenty of giveaways too, including our always fabulous door prize basket.

Do you know of any other group that does this, that is closer to the 101 and 51 and 17. I’m up that way. Love to sew. But not a fan of the traffic getting that way.

All of our Quilting Bees are in the East Valley, as we are primarily an East Valley nonprofit. We do not know of another nonprofit in that area that does similar quilting bees. Thanks!
