Hello–all of our quilt patterns are for comfort quilts, so they will be no larger than a teen size. We are not sure how many rows or squares you would need to add, since our quilts are not bed quilts. You could Google the finished size that the quilt is supposed to be for a specific bed, then add rows and width/length accordingly. Hope this helps.

If I wanted to make this into a twin size, how many additional squares and fabric would I need?
