Are you looking for a group to sew with? Las Palmas Grand sewing group makes blankets exclusively for AZ Blankets 4 Kids. They welcome volunteers who live outside the community. They’re sewing day is moving to the 2nd Thursday of the month. New visitors should check in with the gate house and let them know you’re sewing in the Ballroom. The guard will direct you. We hope to see you there!

Bring a sewing machine with a walking foot if possible. Otherwise there is always plenty of handwork, cutting and pressing to be done. Bring your basic sewing kit, favorite scissors, etc. All fabric and other supplies will be provided.
